2D Zebra Scanner Setup

Before connecting, we recommend that you read the scanner in this article.

Connect the scanner to the tablet via Bluetooth:

- On the tablet's home screen, click on "Settings" (1).

- In the left-hand side menu, select "Bluetooth" (2). The Bluetooth configuration settings appear on the right-hand side of the screen.

- Disable Bluetooth by dragging the button (3) at the top right of the screen to the left. 

- Scan the barcode below to restore the default manufacturer settings:

- Then scan the barcode below to connect your tablet with the scanner:

- On your tablet, go to"Settings" (1) again, click on"Bluetooth" (2) and this time activate Bluetooth by sliding the button to the right.

Associate the scanner with the HangersPro application:

- On your tablet, launch the HangersPro application by clicking on the icon: 

- Once the application has started, click on the"Account" (1) tab located in the lower menu bar of the screen. 

- Click on"Settings" (2).

- In the "Scanner and handheld" section, activate the connection by sliding to the right (3) the button of the "A scanner or handheld is connected with the Hangers solution" option.

- Click on the green "Discover" (4). Wait a few seconds: the Bluetooth scanner will be displayed.

- Select the Zebra DS2278 scanner from the list.

Your Zebra scanner is connected to the application. You can now scan the QR codes printed on tickets, customer coupons or other documents.
