With HangersPro, you can create prepaid cards to build customer loyalty.
You can in particular:
- apply a fixed reduced price for items paid for with the card,
- apply a percentage of benefit per step based on the amount of benefits,
- restrict the list of services that can be paid for with the card.
To create a prepaid card, you must be connected to your personal space on https://hangers.io
Example 1: Create a prepaid card with a specific benefit (or discount) on a service
We will create a loyalty card that can be used to pay for the cleaning and ironing of 10 hanger shirts. The normal price for this service is €8.50, we will set the price at €8 for payment by prepaid card.
- Before creating the card, you must create the service at a reduced price: see the article "Create a service". In this example, we will name the service "Hanger folder for prepaid card" to differentiate it from the service without discount:

- To create the prepaid card, in the side menu bar of your space, click on "My services" (1) then click on the "Financial products" button and select "+A premium card" (2).

- You are now on the form to add a financial service. It is then necessary to inform the minumum:
- the title or name of the service (3). example: "Loyalty card 10 folders on hanger"
- the family of the service: select "Financial services" (4) from the list.
- the service for which this card can be used to pay (5). example: "Hanger folder for prepaid card"
- the total price of the prepaid card (6) for your private customers
- the corresponding VAT rate (7)

- At the bottom of the form, click on "Register" (8): you return to the main benefits screen.

If a customer brings you 4 shirts for cleaning and ironing and you want to offer to buy the prepaid card, you will first have to sell the card and cash it in. Then, you can deduct the 4 folders from his card in a separate order by collecting the payment by loyalty card.
Example 2: Create a prepaid card with step discounts
We will create a loyalty card worth 150 € that can be used to pay for the cleaning and ironing of dresses and skirts with a 5% discount from 50 € and 8% from 100 €.
- In this case, you do not have to create specific services since the % discount will automatically apply to the price of existing items. Create the card directly as described above: in the side menu bar of your space, click on "My services" (1) then click on the "Financial products" button and select "+A premium card" (2).
- You are now on the form to add a financial service.
- Indicate the title or name of the service (8). example: "Loyalty card Dresses and skirts"
- Select the "Financial Services" (9) benefit family from the list.
- In the "Credit levels" section (10), click on the green "Add" button and enter the amount of each level in euros (11) as well as the amount of the % reduction (12) for that level.

- To add a level, click on the grey "+" button (13) and also fill in the level and reduction.
- In the "Stick to a list of services" section, click on the green "Add" button and choose the services for which this card can be used to pay (14). example: "Double skirt"
- Click on the grey "+" button (15) to add benefits payable with this card.
- Enter the total price of the prepaid card (16) for your private customers and the corresponding VAT rate.
- At the bottom of the form, click on "Register" (17): you return to the main benefits screen.
As in the first example, you will first have to sell the card and cash it in. Then, when your customer places an order containing items that have a discount with the card, their price will be automatically calculated and deducted from the credit of the card when you proceed to the payment collection by loyalty card.
