When a customer has a loyalty card that qualifies for payment for one or more services of his order, the payment option by loyalty card appears automatically when you proceed to payment.
If the customer's order contains both eligible and ineligible services for payment by loyalty card, the system will tell you the amount payable by loyalty card and the balance to be paid by another payment method.
- Click on the icon representing a credit card (1).
- In the payment window that opens (2):

- Collect the items payable by loyalty card by clicking on "Pay by Loyalty Credit" (3).
- Click again on the credit card icon and collect the rest of the items by another payment method of your choice.
To go further:
At any time, you can see the cards available to a customer and their credit in euros by clicking on the customer's name at the top of the ticket screen.
To get a summary of the use of loyalty card credits, you can go to your web space and consult the loyalty card report.
Attention!
At the moment, an order ticket can only accept one payment by prepaid card. If you need to change the ticket, please create a second order.
