Create a tailor-made / custom service

The customized service option offered by the HangersPro system allows you to:

• to perform services that are not included in your list,
• to make estimates, specifying a price range,
• to modify the price of an existing service in a particular case.

In this article, we explain how to use this function to quickly and easily create a service that is not on your list.

The creation of customized services from the application is temporary: the service created will not be registered in the list of services offered by your store, but it will be valid only for the ticket issued.

• To create a service that appears in your list of services, you will have to do so via your personal space on https://hangers.io (see the article "Creating a service").
• To create a discount on an order, see the article: "Create a discount on the order"
• To create a discount/promotion on a product service:  "set up a discount on the order".

Quick creation of customized services:
In the event that a customer requires a service that is not in your list of services, you have the option of creating a custom service at the time of ticket creation.

In this example, a customer brings a very fine stained silk tie. Your list price for tie cleaning is 10 €, but in this case, you estimate that the value of the service is 12 €.

- In the "Offers" tab, click on the "Tailored Service" box (1) or press and hold the "Tie" box for 2 seconds and release to see the"Create a Tailored Service" option (2) appear.

- The window that opens allows you to enter the information necessary to create a custom service:

• the title of the service (3),
• the price fixed for this service (4),
• the quantity (5).

- Click on "Save" (6) to save and proceed to the next step.

For better visibility, the quantity label for custom services is pink and is located on the left side of the service map.
